Welcome to TerraMadre, the foundation formed exclusively to help promote a greener planet. Every day, it seems, we hear something about conservation, carbon footprint, greening our planet, global warming or a host of other environmental topics. And, that's a good thing. Let's keep it up. Better yet, let's do something about it!

If you're concerned about the environment and looking for ways to do your part, you've come to the right place. We provide funding for non-profits that:

Work to preserve our natural resources;
Promote renewable energy alternatives and;
Whose goal it is to build a cleaner planet and better future for our children and grandchildren.

The TerraMadre Foundation (TMF) has only one objective: To support, through grants, non-profit organizations that are doing the most to preserve the natural environment and create a greener planet. Simple, yes - easy, no!

As you know, environmental problems are complicated and far-reaching. Thankfully, there are many concerned individuals and organizations dedicated to finding solutions to these problems. They're working on eco-friendly technology such as:

Bio fuels and biomass ecology

The global environmental conservation movement is growing quickly. Much is being done and yet, we've only scratched the surface. We're all aware of how to reduce our personal carbon footprint . . . and it doesn't take any great sacrifice or hours and hours of research.

As individuals, we can also support organizations that are developing the renewable energy alternatives - taking on the big jobs - making the big impact on reducing the global carbon footprint.
